Roasted Carrots

These are the easiest treat to make and you can put them in the fridge and eat them cold ......

+First peel the carrots
+cut in half / the half again long way
+Boil in water for 10 to 15 min (drain)
+In large skillet add Olive Oil , Sea Salt, Dill
+ Cook on med high for 30-60 min until carmelized
